This option provides a tracking number and proof of delivery once your parcel has been delivered. Your parcel will need signing for on arrival. Please note that any Special Delivery order received after the 12pm cut off time will be dispatched the next working day.

Please note that all postage costs will be added automatically to you cart at checkout, if you require Recorded (£3.95) or Special Delivery (£6.95) then please ensure to check the correct shipping option for your needs.
We have two flat rate International shipping costs with Standard Airmail being £6.95 and the Signed and Tracked service being £14.95.
You will also be responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance and any import duties as these costs are levied once the package reaches its destination country, Retrorules.co.uk has no way of knowing what particular customs and import charges may be in force at any time in any country and assumes no liability for the same.
For orders shipped outside the UK, we use Royal Mails Airmail service. We aim to deliver to European destinations within 5-7 working days and worldwide within 9-10 working days but can give no guarantees as to the date of delivery.
1.1 Faulty or Incorrect Items: If the item you receive is faulty or incorrect, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Please e-mail us at email@example.com within 7 days of the date of dispatch quoting your name, order number and the details of the item received. We will always do our best to solve any issue quickly and to your satisfaction. We will also refund the delivery charges upon production of a valid receipt in the case of a faulty or incorrect item.
1.2 Exchange: As soon as we receive your returned item we will process your exchange within 3 working days of receipt. You will receive an e-mail to confirm your return has been processed and your exchange shipped. If you have not received your items within 5 working days, please contact us.
1.3 Refund: As soon as we receive your returned item we will issue your refund within 3 working days of receipt. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow a further 5-7 working days for the refund to be credited to your card or PayPal account. Delivery charges are non refundable unless the returned item is faulty or incorrect.
